Deposit on a half of a beef to be processed February of 2026. Actual weight of live animal will differ but estimated to be ~260 lbs of final product. Live weights will be taken on the day of delivery to processing facility (~1400 lbs/2= 700 lbs) at a final cost of $4.50/lb live weight. Deposit of $500, remaining balance due at time of pick-up.
Cut-sheets for the processor must be completed at the time of drop-off at processor (end of Feb 2026). Reminder beef hangs to age for ~14-21 days, so pickup will be in March 2026.
