Bulk Meat

Why buy in bulk?

Purchasing a large quantity of meat stocks your freezer, providing you a convenient source of farm fresh meat. Buying in bulk saves you money, the larger the share, the cheaper per pound. You also get to pick what you want, knowing that it will be what your family likes.

How is our meat priced?

Our meat is priced off of the HCW weight of the animal (Hanging Carcass Weight). This is the weight of the animal after the insides are taken out, but bones are still in. Processors charge us based on this weight. Our prices include the cost of processing and packaging the meat. If you buy a whole or half, you may be able to make certain preferences such as chop thickness, sausage type, and roast weights.
