Why buy in bulk?

Purchasing a large quantity of meat stocks your freezer, providing you a convenient source of farm fresh meat. Buying in bulk saves you money, the larger the share, the cheaper per pound. You also get to pick the cuts of meat from the butcher you want, knowing that it will be what your family likes.

How is our meat priced?

Our meat is priced on the live weight of the animal, so it is directly correlated to the amount of meat you will receive. This price includes processing and packaging.

Bulk Beef

Whole Steer- $4/lb

Cost Estimate for a live animal of 1400 lbs which produces about 525 lbs of product once trimmed and packaged.

Half Steer- $4.50/lb

Cost Estimate for a live animal that weighs 1400 lbs, half of which is 700 lbs which produces about 260 lbs of product once trimmed and packaged.

How much can I expect?

Whole Steer:

150 lbs Ground Beef

2 whole briskets

45 lbs various steaks (ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, etc)

65 lbs Roasts

We can work with you to get what you like! All roasts can be ground into hamburger. Patties available. Miscellaneous meats available (organ meat, fat, soup bones, etc)

Half Steer:

75 lbs Ground Beef

1 whole brisket

22 lbs various steaks (ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, T-Bone, Porterhouse, etc)

32 lbs roasts

We can work with you to get what you like! All roasts can be ground into hamburger. Patties available. Miscellaneous meats available (organ meat, fat, soup bones, etc)

Bulk Pork

Whole Hog- $2.75/lb

Estimated liveweight- 280 lbs

Cost Estimate $800 for 100 lbs of pork once packaged

Half Hog- $3.25/lb

Estimated liveweight- 135 lbs

Cost Estimate ~$450 for about 50 lbs of pork once packaged

Whole Hog:

4-4lb Boston Butts

26 pkgs Pork Chops (Bone-In) 2/pk

2 Tenderloins

2 packs Fatback

~ 75 lbs sausage (your choice in 25 lb increments of: mild sausage, chorizo, maple breakfast links, andouille, sweet italian links, and apple cinnamon breakfast)

Bulk Lamb

Whole Lamb- $7.50/lb

Estimated 50 lbs of final product

Half Lamb- $8/lb

Estimated 25 lbs of final product

2 Racks of Lamb

16 Loin Chops

2 Legs of Lamb

4 Shanks

6 Sirloin Chops

8 lbs lamb burger

8 lbs stew meat

Half Lamb:

1 Rack of Lamb, or 8 bone in rib chops

1 Leg of Lamb

How Do I Order?

To start the process, pay the deposit on the online store. Someone will contact you directly to go over the cuts that you would like and what to expect.

Our next bulk order for pork will be in Winter 2025, lamb will be Spring 2025. All deposits are due before processing, and meat will be available for pickup within two weeks of processing.
