Deposit on a whole beef to be processed February of 2025. Actual weight of live animal will differ but estimated to be 525 lbs of final product. Live weights will be taken on the day of delivery to processing facility (~1400 lbs) at a final cost of $4/lb live weight. Deposit of $500, remaining balance due at time of pick-up.
Cut-sheets for the processor must be completed at the time of drop-off at processor (end of Feb 2025). Reminder beef hangs to age for ~14-21 days.
